As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Secondly, most of the time, this type of issue stems from wp-mail being blocked at some level.
The fastest way to handle this is to use a third-party plugin that overrides wp-mail and uses a real email address.
Here’s one such plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/installation/
Please follow the installation instruction carefully.
As per re-sending confirmation. At this point, it is unfortunately not possible to do so.
