    hi there,

    i just bought an add on the events calendar pro. the reason i subscribed was to enable community to add on the event. However, i just noticed that it is a different plugin. Can you help to switch the add on?

    Sorry for the confusion which i had earlier. because the price is the same, i thought i will get all feature if i subscribe. Mainly i just wanted the community feature. Thank you for your help

    I would love to help you with this. You are not the first person who thought Pro might include Community Events. I am sorry for the confusion, we do our best to make this clear but the name “Pro” is a bit confusing.

    If you would like to exchange the plugins you will first need to request a refund. Go here to get a refund. Now that you have your product refunded, feel free to purchase Community Events.

    Does that all make sense? Will that work for you? Please let me know.
