    Hello,

    Due to not getting the proper support and not having my issue resolved with iCal Importer, I am left with no other alternative but to kindly request a refund. It’s quite frustrating to pay for a product that you cannot use, as well as get very little assistance after purchasing it. I was initially excited about the iCal Importer feature; however, though I love how it aesthetically integrates with my Avada theme, it appears that it’s not working properly. At your earliest convenience, could you kindly issue me a refund for the purchase? Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    I found you other ticket and sorry for the lack of replies there, Josh had a family emergency and then we do not work on weekends. We can try to help out again on Monday.
