Before Christmas I purchased a plugin for testing purposes to see if it would meet the client’s needs, whilst it looked promising, we did not get the go-ahead in time and had to refund payment.
The client is asking if we can re-activate the test server so my question is: is it possible to repurchase a plugin I’ve already refunded and still be able to refund in the 30 days if anything changes or problems with go-ahead again?
If you purchased a plugin and got a refund, you can re-purchase and get the same Refund Policy period; so you can buy/re-buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
