Reports not showing date of sale

Hi,

I was using easy digital downloads, and am now using event tickets plus. Until recently, when I pulled a sales report for events I was able to see the date that the purchase was made, but the dates aren’t showing up any more. And they aren’t there for any past events either.

Is this a bug, or is there something I need to do for this?

Hi Katie.

Sorry you’re experiencing this.

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
• WordPress core updates

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, could you please provide some annotated screenshots to help me better understand your exact issue so I can see if I can replicate it on my local site?

Also, please share your System Information in a Private Reply.
