I’m using The Events Calendar to publish details of upcoming webinars: https://learnomnifocus.com/live/
Currently I use Eventbrite to handle the actual registration, which does the job…but it would be much better to handle the full process within WordPress.
Key requirements are:
- Limit the number of registrations for each webinar.
- Collect information as part of the registration process (ideally through Gravity Forms)
- Send out a customized email with each webinar registration, including the webinar-specific link
- Automatically send customized reminder emails 24 and 2 hours before the start of the event.
- Currently events are only open to registered users with active memberships (indicated by being in the “Members” group). Ideally I’d like the name and email address to be inserted automatically so that people don’t have to manually enter this information.
Is any (or all) of this possible with Event Tickets Plus? For those features that aren’t supported, would it be possible to hire a developer to fill in the gaps?

I think Event Tickets Plus will get you all the way or very nearly all the way there (without the need for Gravity Forms).
If there is anything missing (or you decide you need some additional functionality/customization), please reference our list of known customizers.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
