We created a reoccurring event and when you click on the event you go to the archive of those events – which are in some weird date order – instead of going directly to the details of this event. We have tried deleting the events (and then trashing them in the deleted section) and then recreating and are still having the same issue, very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Sorry forgot to add what event this is happening on – it is the Farmer’ Market one on the home page.

    Hi Suzanne,

I’d be happy to help you out with this! πŸ™‚

Unfortunately, I’m unable to replicate this issue on your site. Could you perhaps provide screenshots so I can make sure I’m understanding the issue fully and looking for the correct things? Also, a step by step list of how to replicate (with steps like “Click on ____”) would be very helpful.

After I hear back from you, we should be able to get this sorted out. πŸ™‚

Hi, so the issue is when you are clicking on the Farmer’ Market event on the home page – this SHOULD click to the event details but it clicks to an archive of this event that start in August 2017 (instead of April which is the next event) and then April shows up again at the bottom of this page???

I have included a shot of the home page where you should click and then a shot of where it goes instead of showing event details.

    Thanks
    -Jannah

    Hi Jannah,

Thanks for the extra information, that really helps! πŸ™‚

This seems to me like it may be a theme or plugin conflict. I need you to goΒ through the steps here to test for a conflict please. πŸ™‚

Let me know what you find out & we’ll go from there!

    Best,
    Shelby πŸ™‚

    Hi Jannah,

Apologies for the delay here, I was out unexpectedly last week with a family emergency. Did you go through the conflict testing I asked you to complete? πŸ™‚

I’d love to help you resolve this if I can.

    Cheers!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
