Renewing

    Hi there,

    I renewed my license back on October 10th… And I’m getting emails and notifications in my account saying my license has expired. This happened last year as well, and I ended up buying an additional license.

    This is misleading to your customers. Can you please take care of this? Thanks.

    Thanks so much for reaching out and for your feedback.  I apologize if the notifications that you are seeing are misleading, but I can reassure you that your license has been renewed for the next year.

    Also, if you are interested, you can turn on automatic renewals, so that your yearly subscription will renew automatically and without any additional action on your part.  Here is more on Subscription Information:
