    Due to prior funding issues, I had not renewed my licenses for the products I have from you, but with those issues resolved, I’d like to proceed. A few questions:

    1. If I renew my Facebook importer, iCal importer, or both, would I be grandfathered into receiving the Event Aggregator plugin?

    2. If not, I’d be interested in the Ultimate Bundle (although I don’t need the Eventbrite plugin). Would a purchase of that bundle under my account renew my licenses? Is there any way to get a renewal discount on the bundle?

    Hi Matt!

    That’s awesome to hear the past issues were resolved!

    I’m having trouble locating your account. Do you still have access to your prior account that you can send me via a Private Reply?

    It’s okay if you are unable to access your past account.  My advice is to not worry about renewing Facebook Importer or iCal Importer.  The reason being is that those two plugins have been retired and merged into our new Event Aggregator.  With Event Aggregator, you get so much more packed into the service and you don’t lose anything that was included with the two separate importer plugins.

    You are also welcome to purchase only the Ultimate Bundle, to which you’d receive a plethora of awesome plugins and as I’m sure you already know, you’d be looking pretty stellar with a rock-star calendar setup.

    While I appreciate your response, I don’t know that you actually answered my questions. Putting aside renewal of the Facebook and iCal Importers, is there any way to apply a renewal discount to the Ultimate Bundle? Yes, I understand the bundle already is sold at a bit of a discount. However, you also offered me 30% renewing the licenses for the prior products I had purchased separately:

    The Events Calendar PRO
    Community Events
    Facebook Importer
    iCal Importer
    Filter Bar

    Again, I appreciate any help you could provide.

    Thank you for pointing me to your account. I was able to locate the prior licenses that expired last August.

    We recently ended those types of renewal discounts that you had mentioned and seen in the past.

    The Ultimate Bundle would be your best bet and is currently 25% off, which is only 5% less than what your renewal costs would have been last year.  I’d love to be able to help you get a higher discount, but unfortunately, that’s the best I’m able to share with you right now.

    Outstanding. And since you conveniently lack a customer service number, I can’t even speak with your manager. You could have handled this better. Your support staff could have dealt with me directly via email instead of forcing me to ask questions in a public forum. My loyalty and continued support is much more valuable to you and your company than the measly $25 you saved, both monetarily and otherwise.
