    Hey folks,

    I’m confused (not something new I’m afraid 😉

    This post https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/why-am-i-being-charged-full-price-for-license-renewal/ says in one breath you’ve stopped your renewal discount (which was 30% I believe), but then says you’ve NOT cancelled it!

    I just went to My Account and it would currently cost me FULL price to renew.

    Can you confirm that you’ve stopped giving a renewal discount? (perhaps even put it in plain site somewhere on your site?)…

    My client is a charity and this could be make or break for them. Pretty much all the other premium plugins I use give a ‘loyalty’ discount.

    The information is correct.
    We did indeed decide to phase out our renewal discount on our different products.

    As you have read, this is something we did after very careful consideration.
