Remove RSVP admin view

I want to remove the RSVP option in the admin view and have it default to the WooCommerce ticket.

I found this topic https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/remove-rsvp/ but I dont like overriding the plugin I rather have all my tweaks in my child-theme. How do you overwrite files in the folder “admin view”?

And I found this topic https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/possible-to-remove-rsvp-as-a-ticket-option/ but I don’t see the line $checked = $module === 'WooCommerce'; in the following file https://gist.githubusercontent.com/elimn/9270713f8539e3bd8178d35759d9b79a/raw/d6177ab69489fbc06407cde88c06cab95a7c3377/modules%5Ctickets.php

I would be nice to update both topcis with the correct information because these are the first once you see when Googling for the solution.

Hello and thank you for reaching out!

Unfortunately this type of customization is outside the scope we’re able to support. I did some quick ‘Googling’ myself (which shows different results to each user) and was unable to come up with anything more helpful than what you’ve provided.

This is definitely a great idea and I recommend visiting our UserVoice Feature Ideas to see if it’s been submitted already. If not, feel free to do so!

I wish I had a better answer but we’re limited on the amount of customizations we can provide due to the amount of requests we receive. Thank you for understanding and best of luck removing the RSVP functionality.
