GuestHi Team,
Thanks for developing such an amazing plugin. Before purchasing I have a question regarding the recurring events.
We are developing a Booking page for a Chapel website. This website will have a complete booking system with woocommerce. We would like the following things:-
– 5 events from Monday to Thursday with the price of $280/each and time slot of 2.30 hours each eg 6am- 8:30, 9:00am- 11:30am, 1200pm – 2:30pm, 3:00pm- 5:30pm and 6:00pm – 8:30pm
– Each event can be booked once- We need it for at least 2 years.
– For weekends we will have approx 4 event each day with price of tag of $880/
I have tried your free version and ready to buy the Pro if I can achieve the following :-
– Each event can be only booked once
– The last date of booking is 24 hour before the event time.
– As we need it for at least 2 years thus everything should be automated.
– If for eg, event on 7th June 2018 with time slot of 3:00pm–5:30pm is sold out. Rest of event should stay available before and after for time slot 3:00pm-5:30pm.Please let me know if you have any further questions.

KeymasterHello,
First, I want to apologize for the delayed response here – it looks like this thread slipped through the cracks. So sorry about that! But, I’m glad to hear that you’re liking the free versions so far 🙂
Events Calendar Pro will let you create recurring events like this, but unfortunately tickets cannot be created in the same way. You can add tickets to a series of events, but this will not generate individual tickets for each date in the series. The tickets will be for the series as a whole.
You can however set start and end sale times for tickets, cutting off sales 24 hours before the start of the event. Even if an event is sold out or tickets are not currently for sale, the event will still be visible on your calendar – users just won’t be able to purchase tickets.
Preventing an event from being booked more than once by the same user is not a default feature of Event Tickets Plus, but you could change this via a customization – our themer’s guide is the place to start if you’d like to give it a shot!
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

GuestHi
Can I chip in here, is it possible to have one ticket authenticated for each day?
Under the same example, can a guest check-in using the same ticket on day one and day 2?
or I might have to export/print day 1 attendance register then uncheck all guests to enable check-in again for day 2?

KeymasterHi Sinethemba,
Once a guest is checked in, you would need to undo the check-in in order to be able to check in their ticket again. I would recommend taking a look at this article, which has some more details on how the check-in process works.
If you have any other questions, would you mind opening up a new thread? This helps us keep things organized and provide more personalized support. We’ll be happy to help you out from there!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
