Refunds not working

    I tried issuing a refund through the plugin and I got a message saying that I don’t have permission? I’m using PayPal. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks…

    I called my host and PayPal and they are telling me it’s something with the plugin. I have attached a screenshot of what comes up when I try to click the refund via PayPal button. I’m not sure what this means. Everything else is working. Thanks…
