    Hello I sent an email last week to support at events [email protected] with regards to requesting a refund.

    Could you confirm this was received please or if I should have sent it to a different department.

    I just went ahead and checked with the email attached to this ticket and could not find a refund request. Perhaps a different email address was used for the purchase ?
