ParticipantHi
1) Refund Issue admin side :
I was canceled one ticket from an order and i got a refund mail. But on that mail, there is no clarity on which attendee ticket is canceled. Could you please check the attachment.
My intention is i need to inform canceled attendee information to order primary customer.
2) Refund Issue customer side :
When admin is canceled the attendee , here also no clarity on which type ticket and which attendee is canceled.
3) In the customer side : in order view there attandees list are not displaying ? How to show the attendees list on customer order view page ?
I need clarity on these three scenarios please.
Thanks

MemberHi There!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
We have the following extension that will add the Event and Attendee information to the WooCommerce order details > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/
By installing and activating the extension, the event and attendee info will show up on all WooCommerce orders.
Does it help? Let me know if any follow up questions 🙂

MemberHi,
Let me help you with that.
When you delete an attendee, you will no longer be able to access the attendee data.
If you want maintain a record of the deleted attendees, you will first need to export the attendee information before you delete it.
You can learn more about managing your orders and attendees in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
Additionally, if you want to sell tickets using WooCommerce, I’d recommend you take a look at the WooCommerce Specific Settings > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/woocommerce-specific-ticket-settings/ that allows you to control when the attendee records are generated, depending on the order status.
I hope that helps.

MemberHi there,
Thanks for sending over the screenshot as a reference.
The “Status” column in the attendees list shows the order status. Orders are all managed by WooCommerce, so you can go through their documentation to know more about it > https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/
I believe that partial refunds in WooCommerce do not change the order status. Only full refunds set the orders as “Refunded”.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
