Refund for Facebook Events If Not Work with Groups

I just purchased the Facebook Events Plugin for a Cub Scout Pack site I work on:

Manual imports are working; the automatic import is not working. On Forum research, I saw a single line that stated that Facebook Events automatic import function *does not work* with Groups.

Please confirm that is indeed the case as the Pack uses a Facebook Public Groups page. If so, please cancel my license and refund my charge.
