    Accidentnly purchased business upgrade for event tickets plus, when I meant to purchase events calendar pro.

    Please refund the upgrade for the business upgrade as I only need a single license for event tickets plus at this time.

    Can you also refund the events calendar pro order which was right after… there is no easy way to add past events to events list.

    We normally ask people to go to https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/. However, since you still want to keep some of your product licenses active, I think our email support can help you better.
