I would like to get a refund for this product, as unfortunately due to the issues with importing from Facebook, I have no use for the product otherwise. Please advise on the necessary steps to receive a refund.
We really would like to work with you on this. Would you be interested in a license for the remaining time for one of our other plugins instead of a refund?
