Can you please issue a refund for this purchase? I know it’s been awhile, but we thought this had been taken care of already and didn’t notice until we logged in today to purchase another extension.
We purchased this extension on behalf of a client before realizing that none of their feeds are actually compatible with the plugin, so it was never used. We thought we requested this the week it was purchased, but can’t find any record of it.
