I purchased the calendar import extension in December and set it up to import daily. Come to find out NOW that the program never updated after the initial download, not once. I have tried all I can for the past hours to no avail. It keeps telling me to check my JS or something. I am so disappointed at all the work I have spent updating my very extensive calendar for months while nothing was showing up on my site. I have defaulted to embedding Google straight into my site. After reading some of the other posts I’ve realized it may be do to it’s large size. I just can’t handle this problem. Is there anyway I could get a refund?

Sorry for the inconvenience, hope you guys understand.

    Hey Veronica,

I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble with the importer on your site.

I’m curious, do you know if your site was getting actual visitors to the site on a daily basis?

When it comes to issuing a refund, we unfortunately are usually only able to process a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, if you follow the steps in the article that follows here, we will followup with you over email—we can work with the payment processor to try to initiate a refund and are happy to do that! → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/

    Thank you!
