Hi guys,
This is not really a pre-sales question as we have bought the theme last year. The license has now expired, which might be the problem??
In single event view by clicking on the ‘all events’ link instead of redirecting to the month view it redirects to our old domain.
Instead of linking back to http://www.childandfamilysupport.info/lismore/whats-on/ it redirects to our old domain http://www.lismorechildandfamily.com/whats-on/
I tried to disconnect the license from our old domain and reconnecting it to the new one, but it didn’t give me the option to reconnect.
Do you have any ideas why it redirects to our old domain? It even does it in the settings when I click on the ”where is my calendar’ button.
Thank you for your help
Thomas

Thanks for reaching out! Even though your license expired, I can still help you out with this one. If you will need our support in the future, then I kindly ask you to renew your license. Thanks!
I checked your site and see what’s happening.
Interestingly enough the URL behind the ‘all events’ points to the proper domain. When I copy that url to a new tab, then that url is redirected to the old one. Not sure why. Do you have any redirecting plugin in place? Or in your cPanel or website management console maybe?
Maybe a caching plugin or some kind of caching enabled?
Can you share with me a current system information?
Cheers,
