Recurring Options Not Displaying Under "Event Series" v.4.4.8

I’ve just renewed license, and am now unable to schedule recurring events. The only option that appears is “Series ends”. Please see screenshot. No issues with this in the past. No errors in js console. Thanks.

Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue.

If there are no WP_DEBUG messages, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if it’s still happening.
