SOPHIE
ParticipantHi: I have bought your Ticketing plugin for Woocommerce.
The issue is, we have recurring events and this plugin does not allow to create recurring events, so it takes us a lot of time to create events.
This is a charity website (helping parents find work by creating startups), so unfortunately the budget is limited.
Would it be possible to switch to Events Calendar Pro?
or to customise our current plugin?
or any other tip? Thanks for this lovely plugin

MemberHi Sophie,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for your kind words about our product!
Unfortunately none of our Ticketing add-ons work with recurring events for now 🙁 It’s a planned feature and it will be probably included in upcoming versions of our Ticket products.
Not sure if it’s your case but you might want to check this out: Do you offer discounts for non profit organizations?.
Regarding the license switch please contact support -at- theeventscalendar.com, please include a link to this post when doing so.
Please let me know if have any other follow-up questions,
Best,

ParticipantThanks for the link for non-profit organisations: I love working with non-profits so it might come handy in the future. It’s great news.
So the Events Calendar PRO (which I understand does recurring events) does NOT work with Woocommerce?
i.e. Only your Woocommerce events plugin works with WooCommerce websites?I’ve been looking for that information on your site but can’t find it.
Many thanks

MemberSophie,
Great to hear our non-profit program might be useful to you 🙂
As you say Events Calendar PRO enables recurring events, but they are not compatible with WooTickets or any other of our Ticket products. That is stated in the Tickets Products Page under ‘More Information’ almost at the bottom of the page. You can still use WooTickets with non-recurring events in the site.
Yes, only WooTickets works with WooCommerce. The other ticketing products work with different e-commerce plugins – Wp-ecommerce, Easy Digital Downloads and Shopp.
Please let me know if this is clear for you,
Have a great weekend,

ParticipantHello Nico
You specifically state that: “recurring events are not supported with tickets.”
On your tickets page you also said you’re working on that.
Can you please specify how long will it take for the solution to be available?
Regards

MemberHi there Shmuel,
Thanks for reaching out!
Sorry to say there’s not a defined release date for this yet. It’s a complex feature, work has already been done towards getting it out but it’s still not ready. Be sure it’s still on our roadmap and we are trying to push it forward. I won’t expect this to be out on the upcoming months though 🙁
Thanks for your patience on this,
Best,
