Recurring events will not generate

    However, the “generating instances of event” message does not appear. And, when I go to the “all events page” for this particular event, only one instance shows up (please see the page: https://unityofboulder.com/event/peoples-anonymous-heal-your-life/all/)

    Originally, I imported this event from Facebook (which was not recurring yet – I usually update the dates/times and make recurring since Facebook does not allow recurring events). So, I tried changing the “updating authority” settings so that the event would not be re-imported and changes made locally would be preserved. Then I published it again, but still the recurring instances of the event did not generate.

    The recurring event needs to happen every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at the same time. I am pretty sure my settings are correct. Please help!

    Thanks for using The Events Calendar, I’m happy to help! In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:

    -First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. 🙂

    -Can you send me a link to your site so I can see this firsthand? I can often be more helpful in giving solutions to problems I can see and interact with.
