ParticipantOur license for Event Calendar Pro expired last May 2017. We were able to continue to use it but last week when we tried to create a two separate recurring events, they would only show two instances per event on the events calendar. We purchased a new license for the Pro edition but it won’t update on our website Word Press. I believe this was caused by the site being moved from Just Host to Kinsta. However I had managed to disconnect the site from our account and deactivated the old version and installed version 4.4.15. I then entered our license key into the WordPress Events Settings and it accepted it. We also updated the Events Calendar to version 4.5.10.1. Our Word Press version is 4.6.6 and the plugins (Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro) are still compatible with this version. When we try to click on the link to see all events in the series, it will only show the first week and second week instance of the five week series. There is a long white space below the listing and as you scroll down, it indicates other pages but when you click on the next page, it returns an error 404.

MemberHey Joaquin,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you ar experiencing, let me help you with that!
I’ve just accessed your calendar and while visiting your recurring events I couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing from here.
Here’s one example:
http://www.cfcchurch.org/event/prayer-nights/all/
In this case your recurring events are displaying properly as I can see from here, and when I click on Previous Page, it doesn’t return an 404 error.
If for some reason you are still experiencing this issue with specific events, please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings > Permalinks for a permalink flush (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically trigger the Permalink flush once you access that page).
If the permalink flush didn’t help you to solve the issue, please send us an example so we can try to reproduce this error from here.
Thanks!
Patricia

ParticipantI performed the permalink flush as you describred, but it did not seem to help.
Here’s one example. http://www.cfcchurch.org/event/book-acts-mill-creek-campus/2017-09-10/
When you access this event page and click on “see all” it only returns a page with only two of the recurring event and there is a big white space below and a load more button which doesn’t work. If you click on page 2 at the bottom of the page you get the 404 error. If you also go to the events calendar, you only see two of the recurring event.Same is true with this other event: http://www.cfcchurch.org/event/httpwww-cfcchurch-orgeventbook-acts-federal-way/2017-09-10/

MemberHi Joaquin,
Thank you for sending us further information on this! I’ve accessed the page you mentioned and it seems that the events are there, but they are being hidden by a conflicting theme or plugin. The class that is wrapping the hidden events is fusion-image-wrapper, so I would suggest you to run our Conflicts Test to further investigate the cause of the issue.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
I would start by deactivating Fusion Core as it seems to be associated with the hidden events. Also, I couldn’t replicate the 404 error you are experiencing in my own site, so I believe it might be associated with a conflict as well.
Let me know your test results and I’ll be glad to further investigate if necessary!
Best regards,
Patricia
