recurring events are still all shown

Hi,

I found your helpfull articel about the recurring events which are in my case very many of the same in the backend.
I changed it like it was told:

Events → Settings → General admin screen that lets you hide from list-style views all but the first upcoming event in each sequence.

But it still looks the same. All of them are shown, even in the list style.

As I can’t reproduce this on my end, I’ll need more information to guess what’s causing this.

Do you have any cache plugins installed in your site? Or maybe some caching solution provided by your hosting service?

If this is not the case please go through the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide and get back to me with the result.

I’m having the same issue, I believe Nina is asking about the backend event listing. Managing the events listing in admin is difficult with all the recurring events fully listed.

Is there someway to only is a recurring event once on the admin page for events?
