I am experiencing the same problem described above. I have tried visiting the permalinks settings page and have also tried resaving the general settings for the plugin. Neither fixed the problem.

Could you please provide a link to your event page and a link to a single recurring event series.
Please install the Rewrite Rules Inspector plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) and send me a screenshot of its analysis of the single recurring event series link.

Did you have the latest version of PRO (v4.4.15) active when you ran that Rewrite Rules Inspector screenshot?

It looks like we’re running Events Calendar Pro Version 4.4.7, but there isn’t an update notification available to update it in WordPress. Does this plugin not generate those auto notifications in the backend of WordPress?

I uploaded the most up-to-date versions of the plugins and recurring events are working again. However, I’m concerned about the fact that the plugins didn’t prompt me for an update on the backend of WordPress. Now that we’re up to date, I’ll watch out and see if we have the same problem when the new version is available.
