Recurring Events and Calendar picker not working

Hello,

We’ve just updated the events calendar and the the Events Calendar Pro to get us unto speed. Now the recurring events feature is not working. Also, the calendar picker pop-up is not working in either in the add event space.

We’ve deactivated and deleted the previous version of Event Calendar Pro. But still, no love.

Did we miss a step? Seems that the upgrade should go quite a bit smoother than this.

Please help. This is an urgent matter for us.

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing these problems, let me help you to solve them!

Regarding the error associated with your recurring events, can you please specify what the problem is? Are you having problems to create new recurring events from your Dashboard?

Regarding the calendar datepicker, I would suggest you to use Chrome Developer Tools to spot any JavaScript errors in your site. Access the “Add Event” page (using Google Chrome) and press F12. After that click on the Console menu and send us a screenshot / let us know if you see any errors in there.

Also, since I can’t reproduce the issue you are experiencing from here, I would recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).
