I’m trying to make a recurring event for every 4th Monday of each month. When I input the settings and publish the event, it only lists the first instance, in the front end and back end. I have “Recurring event instances” unchecked. I also deleted the event and created a new one and the same problem occurs.
Any advice would be appreciated.

This is definitely a strange issue to be having. As an initial step, have you followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure that this isn’t a plugin or theme conflict?
A couple of other notes/questions that may help in determining the root of this issue:
- What version of WordPress are you currently running?
- What versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are you currently running?
- When testing recurring events, does this happen no matter what the interval you set (weekly, monthly, daily) or does it only happen with this particular “every 4th Monday” type of event.

ParticipantI’ve done the plugin/theme process to narrow it down.
Wordpress Version is 4.1.1
Event Calendar & Pro Version is 3.9.1

I’ve tested this again and still unable to replicate. When doing the plugin/theme process did you deactivate all other plugins (clearing cache prior to deactivating any cache plugins) and activating a default WordPress theme such as TwentyFourteen prior to testing again? If so, you’re still having the issue persist with a completely vanilla WordPress install?
If this is the case, the only other variable I could think of would be the hosting environment. Where is the site currently hosted?
