Recurrence Rules

Hello,
Thank you for this plugin, it is going to help a lot. We are trying to set up a multi-day event for the first time, with different schedules/timetable for each day. We have read on this forum, that this should be done with the option of “recurrence rules”

Unfortunately, it’s not working for us! We don’t know if it is the configuration, or with some fault of the plugin

We are attaching the URL of the event: http://www.arise.pro/evento/orsc-fundamentals-13/

As you can see, clicking the button “see all” apparently nothing works, and the same information still appears.

I visited the link provided and experienced the issue described. Additionally, it appears the screenshot you attempted to share didn’t work properly, so if possible, please provide a working link and I’d be happy to investigate your recurrence “rules.”

Can you also please review our Testing for conflicts guide? It should always be the first action taken when you’re experiencing a conflict.

Let me know your findings and we’ll go from there. Again, welcome to the forums and thanks for choosing PRO!
