Recurrence rules not working properly with Avada theme

Hi,

A month ago, my client reported that recurrence rules weren’t working properly. When I click on the “add another rule” button, the page reloads and marks the event as saved. However, nothing else happens. I get this error in the console:

events-admin.min.js?ver=4.2.4:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: tribe_events_linked_posts is not defined

I’m using the Avada theme (version 4.03) with a child theme. After reading about similar problems, I have a feeling that it’s a theme conflict. I’m doing all the tests tonight/tomorrow. I tried the fix y’all recommended here. However, I am still getting the error. Any suggestions on how to fix?

I’ve got a copy of Avada so I’d be happy to test the issue, but in order to confirm exactly where the conflict is coming from, would you mind running through our Testing for conflicts guide?
