    HI, I create un new ticket in a page. but the QR in the email don’t ckek in

    Secondly, can you confirm that you have logged-in to your site’s wp-admin section prior to scanning the ticket ?

    Ok, thank you. The problem was my reader qr open other navigation without open session 🙂
