QR Codes Not Appearing in Email

    I recently upgraded from WooCommerce Tickets to Event Tickets Plus and upgraded all of my versions of Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, Events Calendar, and Events Calendar Pro. The main reason for upgrading was to get the QR code functionality. Unfortunately after testing, the QR codes section is not appearing in the emails. Any idea where the problem could be?

    Hi Michael. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

    I just tested and it is working. It works just like displayed at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#qr-code-checkins. We even have a way to disable them.

    As such, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
