QR Code not displaying & PDF email attachment

Trying to have QR Code and PDF attachment sent to email recipient of purchased events.

QR Code and PDF ticket attachment missing.

Please advise.

Hi there John,

Thanks for reaching out to us on this! I’ll help you here…

When the user makes the purchase they’ll get the order confirmation. Once you mark the order as complete then the tickets email will go out.

Can you please go into the back-end and approve the order to test this? Maybe you have done that and the email is still not getting out?

I didn’t know I had a final step in WooCommerce, to Complete the order.

I finally got all the email confirmations with the QR code in the HTML email.

I didn’t get the separate email with the PDF attached.

Can you help me track down this setting.

We currently don’t have PDF tickets anymore. Sorry I didn’t mention this earlier, you can read more on this here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/ticket-email-pdf/ – Brian explains it more deeply. As he states in the related thread unfortunately there’s no easy way of adding this back.
