ParticipantThis doesn’t seem to be working for me. We have the tickets sending with the QR code and using an iPhone have logged in to the admin of the site where we can view attendees. With the same device we then scan the QR code but it then opens the URL of the website (no message). We can do this repeatedly with no change to the message or error generated.
Also on the admin interface the person is not ‘Checked in’.

ParticipantHowdy Emma,
I would love to help you with this.
I have seen this problem before. Usually it’s related to the QR scanning app on your iphone. Some have a builtin web browser. Thus, even if you are logged in in your primary browser/Safari, the QR app opens up a different browser where you are not logged in. To make matters worse, some of these apps clear the cookies for the built in browser frequently, which makes logging in impossible.
Which QR application are you using?
Cheers!

ParticipantI have tried five QR code readers, and they all bring me to the event URL and do not check me in to the test event that I set up. The readers that I have tried are:
Insta QR Code
Code Scanner
QR Reader
i-nigma
QR ScannerI am on an iphone 6S V 10.2.1
Yes, please share which ones will work.
Thank you,

ParticipantHowdy Brad,
Personally I only have Android phones, so I was not able to post a recommendation. When I made my last response I also reached out to some of our other support reps who use iOS, and inquired what app they prefer. I wanted to offer you a recommendation. One of them posted a link to QuickMark, and I asked them some followup questions to make sure I understood how it behaved. But, I have yet to hear back. That individual should be online in an hour or two, and I can get back to you then with their recommendation.
Please pardon the delay.
