    Hi,

    I’ve spent a few hours making some test to make check in multiple QR apps (currently using QuickMark), but every QR scan just takes me to the public event page and does not check the guest in. What is the problem?

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    What is the problem?

    For the check-in to occur, you must be logged as an administrator (or at least a WordPress role that has the “edit post” capacity) on the same browser used by the app prior to scanning the QR code.
