I just went to renew my Events Tickets Plus. I only need it on one site now, so I thought I would downgrade to the personal plan. I mistakenly purchased Events Calendar Pro instead. Can you help by canceling the Calendar Pro and applying the payment to Tickets Plus personal plan? My license expired yesterday, so I am in somewhat of a rush.
