    We purchased the “Events Calendar Pro” add on, when we actually had meant to purchase the “Community Events” add on. Is it possible to change our license from “Events Calendar Pro” to “Community Events”?

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The short answer is yes, it is possible to swap licenses between products of the same price.

    However, I am noticing that you now have 2 products:

    1. the Events Calendar Pro (purchased in early November)
    2. Community events (purchased yesterday)

    So I am not sure if your request is still valid.

    The good news is you are fully entitled to a refund on the Events Calendar Pro if you want one since you are within 30 days of your purchase. To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.

    Thanks for getting back to me. We realized we actually did need Events Calendar Pro in addition to the community plugin, so no need for a refund.
