    Good Afternoon,

    I purchased the Tickets PLUS Plugin and it is not uploading. Attached is a screenshot, please advise.

    Hey Jaxx

    So sorry about that. Can you confirm that first Event Tickets is installed?

    Then deactivate any other e-commerce plugins. Try to upload Event Tickets Plus, and then activate Woo, etc.

    If that does not work, can you deactivate ALL plugins and go through the above steps again?

    For our own troubleshooting, can you show the invalid license error message? We’d like to clear that up for sure.

    We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
