    We mistakenly purchased ECPro instead of Event Tickets Pro. Can you please refund our latest purchase of Event Calendar Pro (June 6, 2016)?

    We are sorry to hear about the fact that you did not purchase the intended plugin.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The best way to tackle this is to ask for a refund.
    To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.

    Once that’s done (or even before), you can simply purchase Event Tickets Plus as you originally intended to.
