Purchased 3 Licenses for Wrong Add-Ons

I purchased 3 Licenses but for the incorrect add-ons. There’s so many different names and button links all over this site and I assume I must have clicked on wrong add-on. Does anyone known how I can request to switch license to the correct add on?

Apparently I need Event Tickets Plus not Community Events Tickets
