I am redesigning my HS Band website. I need a good calendar to use and I’ve been playing with yours. I really like the look and feel and I’m thinking I want to upgrade to the Pro version maybe. I really want to use the recurring feature, but I also want to be able to import from a google calendar or iCal. If I buy the Pro subscription does that come with the Aggregator, or is that a separate purchase? Also, do you offer discounted fees to public schools? And lastly are your subscriptions tax free by default or do I need to contact you to get a subscription tax free?

Thanks for stopping by–we’re thrilled to hear that you’re considering our plugins for your band’s website! 🙂 With the exception of our product bundles, which cover a variety of uses and are a great value for larger purchases, all of our plugins are offered a la carte at this time. This does mean that you’ll need to purchase Events Calendar PRO and Event Aggregator separately, should you require the features of both plugins. However, Event Aggregator works just fine with either of our calendar offerings, so you can certainly use it with the free version of The Events Calendar if you’re on a limited budget. You always have the option of adding on Events Calendar PRO at a later date!

If you believe that your group may qualify (through your school or a similar parent organization), you might also consider our nonprofit partnership program, which allows qualifying nonprofit organizations to use Events Calendar PRO (without support) for free and provides discounts on our other plugins.
