We have used Events Calendar on multiple websites and the product works great. On the latest Pro subscription we had a customer decide to just link to their Facebook events bypassing the Events Calendar, so we are no longer using the product. I have searched but can’t find anything on the refund process.
Please let me know what we might need to do to get a refund for this latest purchase.
