Proceed ticket checkout but didn show shipping address

While user proceed ticket checkout, only asked to fill in billing address no shipping address to be filled, and no any shipping cost to be counted even I’ve set shipping zone&method at woocommerce. We need to send parcel to users. Please help.

This is settled.
It’s automatic set as virtual product when I add ticket at event page.
After I set as normal product at woocommerce, shipping address info appear.
