In your specific situation, there are 4 things to look at that can really help:
- Head over to Events -> Settings -> Display and make sure you disable the month cache there
- Head over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page and disable the language switcher cache
- Head over to WPML > Languages and experiment with different settings for Language filtering for AJAX operations
- Deactivate all caching options and empty the cache if you have a caching plugin in place
