Problems with EC PRO

Hello! We just installed the Events Calendar Pro and many of the functionalities are not working properly:

– When choosing “view as” week, map or photo, there is a 404 error.
– Miniature calendar widget on sidebar does not show and breaks the page.
– Some of the translations are not showing, even though the translation is completed on the lang archives (catalan). For example name of months or “Upcoming Events”.

Could you help with any of that? Thanks

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.

Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

Hello Curtney, thanks for your response. We’ve already tried all of that, but still not working.
The thing is that we integrated wordpress with our magento store through the FishPig ad-on (https://fishpig.co.uk/magento/wordpress-integration/) and design comes given by our magento template (https://meigeeteam.com/magento-themes/blackandwhite-magento-theme).
We checked with FishPig support before contacting you and assured that the Pro version should work as fine as the free on with another ad-on for magento (https://fishpig.co.uk/magento/wordpress-integration/events-calendar/).
Could you help us any further?

Hi Marta

That is a very unique configuration. Did events display without error on a standard WP install with no other plugins and a WP default theme?
