    HI

    We have another urgent problem with Woocommerce Tickets : Ticket quantity

    We sold 6 tickets and 12 persons were able to buy.

    It appens all the time on every events

    We really need a solution. It’s urgent because is the most busiest season for us. We received 60 calls per day about our event issues.

    We have Event Calendar Pro and Woo Commerce tickets

    Hi @popyoga,

    I’m sorry you’ve had such a bad experience.

    Ordinarily as tickets are purchased the total available inventory is decreased until no more are available for sale. In this case it sounds like that may not be happening, so I’m interested in gathering some more information.

    • Could you share your system information in a private reply?
    • Can you visit WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory and confirm if inventory management is enabled?
