Problem with Tickets

Hi,

I am having a problem on our site, in the backend when I click on a ticket to edit it nothing is happening, also on one of the events when viewed on the front end no price is showing, it is very strange

Thanks for reaching out to us!

On the backend of your site, using your browser’s developer tools, do you see any javascript errors displaying on the page?

Also, as an additional step for the front-end issue (as well as this backend one), have you tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with an existing plugin or theme?

Let me know if any of these reveals something more about this particular issue.

Same problem and errors for me too using WooCommerce. It seems to be related to code snippet “move front-end ticket purchase form” I’m using.

Easy fix by commenting/deleting these lines in your theme’s function.php file.

‘Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__EDD__Main’,
‘Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__Shopp__Main’,
‘Tribe__Tickets_Plus__Commerce__WPEC__Main’

Hey @Sean,

I’m just stepping in on behalf of Josh who is currently out of the office to thank you for your input and for bringing this to our attention.

We have been made aware of that issue and have replaced the official snippet on the site to comment the conflictual lines of code (which is just an alternative to deleting them).
