Problem With Mobile View In Genesis

My original problem was that once the calendar went into mobile responsive mode, the mobile event data would not show when a particular day was clicked. I implemented the code listed in the Genesis Integration Article. Now I am encountering this problem which is equal frustrating. The day event data is being dumped below the the calendar. See screenshot

Thanks in advance for your help. I certainly didn’t know that integrating The Events Calendar would be this difficult
