ParticipantI have been testing The Events Calendar on my site for about a week now and yesterday decided to upgrade to the Pro. I purchased the plugin and while I was at it, also updated the core plugin to the newest version. After installing the Events Calendar Pro, however, I keep getting a notification on the dashboard saying that I need to install the latest version of the Events Calendar to be using Pro. I clicked on it to do this, but it tells me it has already been installed. How do I make sure that everything is installed and up to date as should be in order to start using the Pro features?

Thanks for going Pro. I can help out here.
Both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro need to be active and of similar versions for the first two numbers.
So 3.12.3 to 3.12.5 is good, but 3.11.1 to 3.10.5 maybe work, but could create problems.
To check to make sure the plugins are active go to the plugin section in the admin.
Let me know what you find out.

I see the issue. You are using the beta version of PRO.
You can download the latest release version (3.12.6) from your account here on theeventscalendar.com.
Then follow these steps for a manual update of Pro:
